Tasks & Missions

  • Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the market position in the region.
  • Responsibility for profitability (P&L) in the Switzerland, Austria, Poland region
  • Management and optimization of the website for the markets in Switzerland, Austria and Poland Planning and implementation of promotional activities to increase sales
  • Identification of market opportunities and trends and derivation of suitable measures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and other relevant stakeholders
  • Aligning and coordinating the various departments to achieve common goals

Qualifications & Qualities

  • Completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce, ideally with experience in coordinating departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the markets in France, the Netherlands and Belgium as well as the local business cultures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and German skills are required; other languages are an advantage
